(Unknown, Quote Garden, 2016) This was stated in the early 1900, during the industrial era During this period all jobs were factory jobs, which results in plenty of factory accident with machine. Unfortunately, no one reported them or fix them, and of course no inquiry about employee safety. Accidents were accepted as part of the job. Well, time has changed, and now there is a rules, guideline, and provision set up to protect both employees from injury, and business from a lawsuit pertaining to an injury, or a loss in work.
